Tattooing for over 12 years Chad is the owner and founder of Black Lagoon Tattoos. He comes to Rochester from the Duluth, MN area and brings his unique and very talented style. He has spent many years perfecting his craft and studied many different styles. He has worked in California, Colorado, Wisconsin and Minnesota. In addition to tattooing Chad is well versed in Air brushing as can be seen by the recreations of old movie monsters painted on the walls.
